Shipping policy

Orders may be shipped with multiple carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may include up-charges for heavy or bulky items, depending on the destination.

Orders take approximately 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will not be processed until the following Monday. If there are issues with the shipment of your order, you will be notified within 24 hours.

Shipping times and costs may vary due to unexpected factors such as adverse weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your understanding for any inconvenience this may have caused.

United States =  Processing time 1-2 days. Shipping time: 5-7 business days on average.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your order online.
